In general, we put the pipe fittings into the plywood case and pallet. The European customers most use the 800x1200mm wooden case and pallet, but most others clients use the wooden case or pallet according to the size of pipe fittings. After the inspection of pipe fittings, it should be make sandblasting, marking, painting and then will put them into the case or pallet.

The big size pipe flange can be use the pallet, it easy to disassemble and the cost is also lower. The flange surface treatment include anti-rust oil, black paint, yellow paint and Galvanized, it’s according to the customer’s requirements.
